1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Eligibility

Access to and use of jps888 is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jps888 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended and any outstanding balance returned (net of bonuses) subject to verification.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a professional gambler acting on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether local laws permit online gambling activity. jps888 does not accept liability for use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such activity is restricted.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of jps888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion on jps888 or any other gambling platform operated by jps888 or its partners.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by jps888 for a breach of these Terms.

3Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on jps888, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from Bonus Funds.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. jps888 is not responsible for failed payments or withheld withdrawals resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jps888 will treat all activity performed using valid login credentials as authorised by the Account holder. Notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, jps888 requires successful completion of our KYC process. You must submit a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM), a proof-of-address document dated within 90 days, and a selfie photograph. KYC review typically completes within 24 hours. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
5. Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account details if your personal information changes. Continued use of jps888 with materially inaccurate details may result in Account restriction.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jps888 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jps888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jps888 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment instruments used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 (bank transfer); Rp 25.000 (e-wallet).
• Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are credited instantly in most cases. Off-hours transfers may experience a delay of up to 2 hours.
• E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are credited 24/7 and process within minutes.
• jps888 reserves the right to decline a deposit if it is flagged by our fraud-detection systems pending review.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours on business days. E-wallet withdrawals typically process within 15–60 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC documentation is outstanding, if unusual betting patterns are detected, or during periods of high system demand.
• jps888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.

5Bonuses & Promotions

jps888 offers various promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered between 15× and 25× the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 200.000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires Rp 4.000.000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
2. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; sports betting markets contribute 50–100% depending on odds; crash games contribute 50%. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page.
3. Minimum Odds: For sports-betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) unless otherwise specified. Bets placed at lower odds do not count toward wagering requirements.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 7 days from the date of crediting unless the specific promotion states a different period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. Claiming a second deposit bonus while a prior bonus is active will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
6. Abuse and Misuse: jps888 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that a User has abused the promotion system, including through matched betting, arbitrage, use of automated betting software, or collusion. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at jps888's sole and reasonable discretion.
7. Withdrawal Priority: When a withdrawal is requested, Real Funds are disbursed before Bonus Funds. A withdrawal request that exceeds the Real Funds balance will trigger forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on jps888, covering sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (online cockfighting), and crash games:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once jps888's system has issued a confirmed bet reference number. Bets placed during platform technical errors, incorrect odds due to system malfunction, or after the event start time (for pre-match markets) may be voided at jps888's discretion.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of markets. jps888 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point. Bets already accepted before market suspension remain valid.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules: Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) require all legs to win for a payout. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections. Minimum 2 legs required; maximum 15 legs per slip.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements. The exception is where odds were published due to a manifest error — in such cases jps888 may void or re-price the bet at the correct odds.
• Togel Draw Results: Official draw results from licensed overseas lottery providers are final and binding. No claims will be accepted more than 48 hours after result publication.
• Sabung Ayam Outcomes: The outcome declared by the presiding official at the arena is final. Disputes regarding streaming quality or connection issues do not entitle the User to a refund unless the bet was accepted after the official result was declared.
• Maximum Winnings: jps888 reserves the right to impose per-market and per-day maximum payout caps. Current caps are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Winnings exceeding the cap on a single bet will be paid at the capped amount.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent promotional restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using jps888 as a transactional conduit.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing jps888 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine gambling intent.
• Colluding with other users or jps888 staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to access or tamper with jps888's systems, databases, source code, or security infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jps888 staff or other users through any communication channel.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the jps888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, page layouts, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jps888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright and trademark law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jps888.

Game content and software provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their licensing agreements with jps888.

9Privacy & Data

jps888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include: secure storage of KYC documents with 256-bit AES encryption; non-disclosure of personal data to third parties except as required by law or necessary for payment processing; retention of transaction records for a minimum of five years in compliance with AML obligations; and use of session cookies to maintain platform functionality and analyse aggregate usage patterns.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jps888 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from the User's own gambling decisions, including losses resulting from reliance on jps888's published odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond jps888's reasonable control, including failures of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications networks.
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account where such access results from the User's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if jps888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jps888's aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Suspension & Termination

jps888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or confiscate account balances, without prior notice, where jps888 reasonably believes that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• KYC documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, altered, or belonging to a third party.
• The User is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require suspension or closure.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, jps888 will return any verified Real Funds balance within 10 business days. Bonus Funds are not returned upon closure. Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected].

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations under the jurisdiction in which jps888 holds its operating licence. jps888 operates as an internationally licensed platform and targets Indonesian players on the basis of that international licence.

Users acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of accessing jps888 under applicable local laws. jps888 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jps888's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.

13Amendments

jps888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jps888 will notify registered Users via email to the address on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and return of Real Funds by contacting our support team.
